If I could change the way eyes see
Transcending like the way we view the gentle sea
But there's ocean tides gone missing
I don't know if we even know how far we've changed
Our beings weathered through all these years
So rearranged.
If I could travel back from now
I'd erase faces, places, and memories somehow.
But is it worth it to trace regrets?
It's not - because it'd be a worthless existance - living dead.
I'd rather be alive and truly feel it.
I know that my life is a grand, unknown vehicle
But every ounce and every tear, every card they deal to hit
I'm the one driving it.
I'm the one who's winning.
There's nothing left to lose.
